* i2 group consists of several group companies such as, but to limited to, i2 invest ag, in Zug/Switzerland and ANTHEDON AG PCC, in Schaan/Liechtenstein.

Please read through the following provisions carefully

Introductory remarks

i2 group is highly interested in the security of personal data provided by you when you visit our website and use our i2 Software (i.e. i2 products and services). We understand that the release of sensitive information to us involves trust. For this reason, i2 group has taken measures to ensure the security of the (personal) data. By means of this Data Protection Statement, i2 group would like to inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of personal data collected, used, and processed by us. Furthermore, this Data Protection Statement shall inform affected persons about their rights.

By using our website and, as the case may be, with the creation of a personal account with the i2 Software, you declare to accept the subsequent Data Protection Statement as well as the depicted kind of elicitation, editing and usage of the data in it.

Importantly, we edit the Data Protection Statement from time to time without explicitly informing you and that only the latest version (located on the i2 group’s website and contained in i2 group products and services) is valid and binding. Thus, a periodic review of the Data Protection Statement is highly recommended. This Statement can be accessed by clicking on “Data Protection Statement” which is accessible in the footer of every page at any given moment. Additionally, this statement can be accessed via i2 Software.

You are not under an obligation to provide us with your personal information. However, we need your information partly because the law requires us to ask for certain details about you and partly so that we can offer products and services to you in accordance with our agreement with you. This means that if you don't provide us with the information we ask for, we might not be able to offer you our full services.

The following Data Protection Statement provides an overview of the collection, editing, processing, and using of your personal data in accordance with the relevant law(s) and how we ensure data protection in regards to i2 group products and services.

Although the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) is a European Union (the “EU”) regulation it is relevant for i2 group, inter alia, due to the fact that (i) Liechtenstein/Swiss Data Protection legislation is historically closely tied to EU regulations and (ii) we offer our services not only in Switzerland/Liechtenstein but also in the EU as well.

Anticipated changes to the Swiss/Liechtenstein Data Protection landscape are strongly influenced by the GDPR. The GDPR imposes high standards of personal data protection with extra-territorial reach which means that companies based outside the EU are in certain circumstances bound by its provisions as well. We therefore kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with this Data Protection Statement.

The updated list of these parties may be requested from the data controller at any time.
All data is stored on servers within Europe, whose data centers fulfill strict security requirements and only for as long as the purpose or legal regulations require.
